We are through to the final round as one of Wales best butchers. The judging will continue with a mystery shopper coming to inspect our skills and service.
Priding ourselves on giving every customer the very best sevice whether they spend £1 or £100 we are confident that we will come out of this part with flying colours.
We have also to show a judge around our facilities, the behind the scenes bit - which we are again confident about.
