On Arrival

Your products will arrive vacuum packed to make certain that it stays in the best possible condition from when it leaves our doors until it arrives at yours.

To ensure the freshness of the product it must be placed in the fridge as soon as possible at less than 5°C.

Before Cooking

To get the very best out of your product before the cooking of the product takes place it must be allowed to 'bloom' at room temperature for a minimum of 20 minutes. This is achieved by removing the product from the vacuum pack bag.

Blooming

Exposing the meat to oxygen and light allows it to breath and relax. This ensures that the meat reacts in a better way to the heat it is to be exposed to.

To Freeze

All products sold online are cut freshly to order and are therefore suitable for freezing. We supply all of our goods in heavy grade vacuum pack pouches which are ideal for freezer use.

If you do wish to freeze your goods we recommend that you do so on the day of arrival, ensuring the product's freshness.
