Out of over 230 entries our 28 day dry aged classic forerib of beef has made it through to the final round of judging.

Sourced from our local beef farmer Mr. Johnny Morris situated on the nutrient rich flood plains of the River Wye our beef has prime Herefordshire grazing.

When this is combined with with our experience & passion the product really is of the very highest quality!
