Finishing as close runners up in 2009 (our first entry into the awards) has made us only more determined to push forwards and get the award. With a whole host of new gourmet products sourced from the best local farms we feel that in a year we have made strides forward.

Take our sausages. While already of the very highest standards we know are using different grades of coarsness as well as a host of new fresh ingredients that really do justice to the word gourmet.

We have also expanded and are looking to further develop our range of cooked products.
