This is the first year we have entered the prestigious True Tastes Awards - one of the premier events for food producers in the whole of the UK, and without doubt the number one in Wales.
We have managed to get three of our stock products into the finals, Extra Mature Forerib of Beef, Extra Mature Fillet Steak and our Traditional Pork Sausage.
These products can be found in any of our outlets or through outr catering with the beef being supplied by our normal beef supplier Jonny Morris and the Pork being sourced from the very best farms in Monmouthshire!
